新纪元矿业公司（EPOCHINA MINING CORP）是一家在菲律宾国家证券交易所（SEC）注册，华人主有具有矿权申请资格的公司，公司成立于2006年9月13日，至今已向国家矿产资源署申请矿产勘探面积有3万多公顷，主要勘探矿种有铜矿、镍矿、金矿和铬矿等，公司致力于矿产资源的开发，正在计划组建一支专业勘探队伍，目前着力于小规模的镍矿开采。

EPOCHINA MINING CORP is one of the mining company in the Philippines which is registered under the Security Exchange Commission (SEC). The company is belonged to the Chinese people who are qualified and specialized in mining. The company had been established since 13 of September 2006. Until now, we had more than 30,000 hectares of application in Mineral Exploration area in the Bureau of Mines and Geosciences. The mineral resources we are exploring are copper ore, the nickel ore, the gold ore and the chromite ore and so on. The company devotes to the mineral resources development, and is planning to set up a specialized exploration team. At present, the Company is having an operation in small scale nickel ore mining.
